Ian Phillips

Ian is currently the Assistant Headteacher - Director of Computing and ICT at The Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School. 

UK EdTech leadership Group, Named in EdTech50 people, projects and products shaping UK's edTech and collaborator on EdTech50 schools project.

He is an Intel Visionary and Chair of the Independent Schools Council’s (ISC) Digital Strategy Group; supporting schools through the national conferences run for the last 12 years and in strategic planning through action research projects, regular bulletins, audits, workshops, training days and blue sky consultancy. Co-author of the academic study “Growth Headset” to understand what schools should do next to prepare to utilise the potential of AR and VR in education.

IT Director and teacher with 34 years of teaching experience in the classroom. 
He is currently working with EdTech partners and the Education Foundation to develop the Schools’ guide to simplifying information for all UK schools.
